On Sunday, January 18, we will commission 14 new Stephen Ministers -- six of whom
will be assigned to support our Lindenwood Area Senior Ministry community. These
dedicated people have been training for six months and are ready to begin their caring
ministry. They are:

Jessica Jakul
Aimee Mankus
Sarah Nash
Bill Newman
Bob Stagg

These lay ministers will be providing spiritual and emotional care for older adults in our
church and neighborhood communities who are grieving, experiencing health issues, or
are going through other crises in their lives. Please pray for our new Stephen Ministers
and all existing Stephen Ministers on our team.
You are invited to the Commissioning Service taking place Sunday, January 18 at 2:00
p.m. at Storyline Southwest Church, 6401 Scanlan Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139. A
small reception will follow.
