President's Report:
•    The Missouri District of the LCMS has reviewed our constitution and recommended various changes to be addressed in the coming year.
•    The Council will have a guest from the District to provide training at their next meeting on 2/10.
•    The triennial synodical convention will be held this summer. Timothy's voters will be Diane Saleska (lay voter) and Pastor Matt (pastoral).
•    2027 will be Timothy's Centennial, and we will be organizing a committee to recognize the event.
•    The budget has been submitted for voter approval. It was noted that Mother's Day Out has been extremely successful and is expanding again. Without the income generated from MDO, we would have a significant deficit, as offerings have been flat for several years.

Investment Committee: 
Working to develop policies and strategies to best manage the large gifts that have been left to the congregation by sainted members over the past 20+ years.     
New Business
•    Synodical Nominations: after discussion, the following were approved to be submitted for nomination to synodical office (max two for each position from each congregation).
o    President: Rev. Brady Finnern and Rev. Richard Snow
o    First VP: Rev. Jeffrey Cloeter and Rev. Jeffrey Skopak
o    Central Region VP: Rev. Jeffrey Cloeter
•    Congregational Elections
o    Word of Life School Board: Jeremy Knapp and Greg Poppitz were each elected to a second term. Megan Wilkins is midway through her second term.
o    Council: Marla Steenbock was elected to a second term. Frank Kohn and Cordell Schulten were elected to initial terms. Holly Feldman and Steve Meyer both stepped aside after serving two successive 3-year terms.
o    Elders: No elections at this time.
•    Budget Approval: The 2026 budget as recommended by the Council was approved.
